Hello,
Welcome to the April 2008 copy of Quick™ eNews, this time at the start of the month instead of the end.

I continue to be blown away by the positive response we have had to our new website. No negative comments, with everyone feeling our new design is much clearer, crisper and you’re pleased to be able to see a more detailed overview of the services that we are able to offer you. I’d like to draw your attention this month two specific services that you may not be aware that we can offer you.
If you’re based outside the UK you may wish to take advantage of our QuickUK service, specifically aimed at the overseas client who needs a UK company registered, with a UK presence, and appropriately legalized documentation. Perhaps you already have a company registered, but still need your documents legalized, perhaps our legalization services may be of use to you.

Another New Face @ Quick™
We have our a new Business Development Manager, Martin Gregory, starting with us on the 14th April who will be working with me in continuing to expand and build our customer base specifically around the South East. We all look forward to welcoming Martin on board as our first dedicated sales professional at Quick™.

The Quick Crew Racing Team
In keeping with our enjoyable and fun working environment we have here at Quick™, we’re going to be taking part in the FSB Kart Racing Challenge. Even though we are in the middle of our busiest period of the year, all hands the pump as they say, I have a great team here and they deserve to have a fun night out thrashing some go karts around a race track. So if any of you are at the Northants FSB Karting Challenge in May, see you there, because the Quick Crew, we’ll beat you!

Optional Company Secretary
Many of you will be aware that on the 6th April the requirement for a Company Secretary becomes optional, although what many may not realise is that the duties of the company secretary remain and are simply passed to the Director. We have updated our online ordering to take into account this new change in requirements, but continue to provide the support to Company Director’s who wish to get on with running their business knowing that their statutory filing obligations are being looked after by QFL Corporate Services.

As always I hope you enjoy this months article’s, and if you or your firm provide articles that would be of use to growing businesses I’d be happy to feature them in this newsletter for you. Just drop me an email.
Until next month, and if you play golf – get your clubs out the garage because the sun is shining at last!
Kind regards,
Richard
