Business Networking

One key article in this month’s newsletter is the one about networking, something which I am a keen advocate of and can never stress enough to those starting up in business. It is inexpensive and has a fantastic conversion rate. Yet it is so overlooked by money, generally frowned upon by large organisations, and yet it is the backbone to the marketing strategy on how I grew Quick Formations to where it is today. I encourage everyone to read this article for helpful advice on effective networking.

If you are a member of the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce I encourage you to attend the Getting the most out of your Chamber Membership seminar being run by the Chamber on the 4th September. I’ll be running the Networking Master Class at the event where I’ll be giving useful guidance and advice on networking.

Of course, this subject could not go by without me also mentioning online networking, and of course www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk – the UK’s largest online business networking forum for business. If you are not already a member on there just spend 15 minutes looking through the forums and you will see for yourself the benefit to your business at no cost to you.

Practice Management Seminar

This month we have booked ourselves a space at the Practice Management Seminar run by PracticeWEB at Ascot on the 1st November. There we’ll be on hand to answer any questions for accountants wanting to know more about our electronic filing software, our compliance and incorporation service, and the new PracticeWEB Formations service available to PracticeWEB Licensees. I’ll also be giving a presentation on how to automate a business using web technologies to save your business time and money, using my own business as an example on how I did this.
