What are you looking for?

Hello,

This month has been extremely busy. Not only are we in our busiest period of the year, are recruiting three new members of staff, but also having to look at the layout of our office to fit them in.

On top of this I’m lucky to have only swung a golf club once this month, which is probably a good thing considering how cold it has been. Something I hope to address in the warmer months, and in the build-up to our next golf day.

Using a Newsletter

I have started really analysing the statistics from this newsletter that I have been sending out to you all for some 3 years or so, and considering it now goes to almost 11,000 people it makes sense to see how many people are taking an interest in what it contains.

The importance of sending a regular newsletter cannot be underestimated. It is an important tool to remind your customers that you are still around, letting them know about any special offers and new services that you now provide, and keeping the communication channels open. This is increasingly important if you have large numbers who it would otherwise be impossible to keep in contact with, and that is why I first started writing this newsletter. Quick Formations is first and foremost a service company, but using advanced technology to automate many of our mundane and repetitive tasks. The benefit of this is that we service many thousands of regular clients, but with only a small number of staff it is not possible to employ the required number of “Account Managers” to phone around and visit all these clients on a regular basis. So writing this newsletter every month is very important to me.

If you are thinking about providing a newsletter to your contacts and clients, then I hope the attached article in this month edition is helpful to you. I asked the company who prepare this newsletter for me each month to collate something which would be of benefit to anyone who is thinking of starting their own newsletter, so have a read and starting thinking about how you could keep a regular dialogue with your clients.
