Hello,
Welcome to the Budget Edition, March 2008 Quick e-News newsletter.

Quick New Website
Many of you may have noticed our new and improved website launched last week, with plenty of information on our range of services we can offer and new product levels.
This new website is aimed at not only providing everyone with a clearer picture of our service range, but is also designed to be much more accessible for a broader range of customers including those with visual impairments.
We have also launched a dedicated support line for those with visual impairments as part of our commitment to support everyone and giving them easier access to our services.

Two services of particular interest this month and now highlighted on our website are Company Secretarial to provide on going support and assistance to our clients. Both for professionals and individuals, so if you’d like to know more about this please take a look at http://www.quickformations.com/site/secretarial.qmd
The second is that we are quickly becoming recognised as one of the very few Incorporation agents who have the in house expertise to assist in the formation of Community Interest Companies. If you have a client who, or indeed you do yourself, has a requirement for a CIC registration more information on our service to help with this can be found at http://www.quickformations.com/site/community_interest.qmd

I’d welcome any feedback on our new website, so please pop along to www.quickformations.com and let me know your thoughts.

Budget Report
This month a regular contributor to this newsletter, Alan Moore from Alpha Business, has provided us with his summary of the budget and how it may affect you and your business. The biggest talking point has obviously been the CGT and Entrepreneurs Relief in regard to the sale of business assets. Have a read and I hope this article provides you with answers to many questions that Entrepreneurs in the UK currently have when wondering whether or not it is a good time to sell their business.

New Addition to Quick™
We now have a second Rebecca working in our Compliance Department at Quick Formations, Rebecca Hill, who has joined Rebecca Noton’s team in providing company secretarial support to our rapidly growing compliance customer base.

Thank you for reading this month, and I look forward to bring you more interesting articles and news on Quick Formations in the next edition of Quick e-News.
