Hello,
Welcome to the first Quick e-Newsletter of the new tax year for 2007.
I don’t know about any of you but they just come and go for me now, almost a way of Welcome,
Welcome again to this the May 2007 copy of Quick e-News, and this month we have some very exciting news about Quick Formations!

This month I have been focused on planning the installation of our new servers, and being wowed by the IT company who supplied, configured and are going to be carrying out the 24 hour support and monitoring of the new servers. Although we do have a track record of exceptional reliability, in order to maintain our position as a leading provider in our industry this investment is compulsory to keep ahead of technological advances.
I’ve also been spending some time working with the development of our internal CRM systems, which is goes hand in hand with the article by Juliet Mumford about improving customer satisfaction. Something I have put great emphasis on at Quick™ and something we all here will always continue to work hard to exceed.

Further Technology Investments @ Quick™
We have invested just over £13,000 in our new database server cluster which is being installed in June along with a further £24,000 commitment in IT investment over the next three years. This investment means that not only will our system provide a significant speed increase to our users, we will have second to none reliability and security of our customers’ data. In line with this investment we will be launching our new secure server offering a much improved secure connection to our system.

Planned Maintenance & Down Time
With such significant upgrades as those mentioned above, this cannot be done without some affect to service. These upgrades will be carried through the night of Wednesday 20th June, so our system will be offline from 8pm that day. All forms filed through our system from Tuesday 19th June will be paused during these upgrades, and will be submitted on Thursday 31st June when the new servers are in place.
